The included directions are a good guide but not exact.
I only needed to drill 4 small holes in the existing plastic "grill". This was an easy job and only took about a hour. I spent some time bending the lower tabs to get them to match up with the existing grill. It looks great and should protect my radiator from rocks.

Difficult. No directions.
Ditto most of the other reviews. Extremely difficult to install. Instructions are garbage. Not even a how to video on the website or anything. Regret buying it and unfortunately it's already opened and attempted to install. Get what you pay for.
