Lightweight but Super Durable
Really pleased with these disposable cutting boards. I got them just in time for an overnight trip, and I’m sure I’ll be using the rest of them before too long! They are a very nice size (I got the larger size), take up essentially no room in a suitcase, and do the job perfectly. They are durable despite being very thin, so you definitely don’t have to worry about cutting through it by accident. I also found them to be extremely easy to clean—a simple wipe with a paper towel removed any liquid right away. You can easily re-use them if you want to, and I might just use some of these in my kitchen at home simply because of how easy they are to clean, and the fact that they are actually larger than most of my cutting boards!Overall very satisfied, hope you get the picture despite my lackluster photography skills.

Almost opaque. 3-Month Update.
I have been using flexible cutting sheets for perhaps 15 years. This is the first time I have ordered some that are described as disposable. We will see.3-month update:After 3 months of daily use, I have finally cut through the first of these mats. At this pace the pack of 25 mats will last me for 3 x 25 = 6.25 years. Disposable? In the first 3 months I have also learned:These mats are more slippery than I am used to. They tend to slide around more than I would like while I am cutting .The description says these mats are 0.43" thick. YIKES! They are not nearly half an inch thick. Even the whole package of 25 mats is thinner than that. They are actually 0.013" thick. Yet another case of overseas manufactures confusing millimeters with inches. The predecessors were 0.02” thick. When using these thinner mats to transfer chopped veggies to the stew pot, gravity sometimes becomes a problem. The opaque white color of these mats is advantageous because they do not get lost on a cluttered counter top. And, the smooth surface makes them easy to clean and resist staining. The predecessors were almost clear and used a surface texture to make a frosted appearance. When flat on a countertop, they were hard to see - until they got stained.I poured boiling water over one to check heat resistance. Because of the very high coefficient of thermal expansion of plastics, it curled up as expected. But, there was no permanent deformation. It flattened back out when cool. As long as the hot pan you set on it contains water (212 degrees or less) the mat will not be damaged. It also survived my freezer (about 0 degrees F).The description says they are recyclable. However, the vendor has not specified the type of plastic and there is no recycle mark on the mats or packaging. Therefore, they will be rejected by most recyclers.Length: 17.75"Width: 12"Thickness: 0.013"Color: Translucent white.Material: Unspecified.Surface: Smooth.Temperature resistance: at least 0 to 212 degrees F.Cut resistance: Very good but not perfect.Recyclable: No!

Really handy
I was not expecting these disposable, flexible, sturdy and lightweight cutting "boards" to become one of my most favored kitchen items, but they are. I have used them for months but hardly made a dent in my supply because they are so easy to pick up and clean and re-use. I can easily re-use them probably 15 times, depending on the food I am prepping. I do discard a mat after working with raw chicken, especially if it involves cutting/slicing but with most everything else I feel safe to just wash and re-use. In fact, I go a couple of weeks without using the "regular" cutting boards I have. They are a pain to wash and put away because of their weight.Tip: With these cutting mats I dab a little water on the underside first, then the mat doesn't slip around on the counter while I am working/cutting on it. I also keep a couple of smaller mats available for small jobs like slicing a lemon or sandwich, etc. I take a mat and cut it in half with scissors and have two small ones! I don't want to work in the kitchen without these cutting mats ever again.

Love these!
I bought these to use while we set up a camp kitchen downstairs while we were working on our kitchen. These are great. Our chef knife did not cut through. Highly durable. As long as we did not cut meat on it, I found I could use again if I wiped it down. My process (without a kitchen) is to spray it with a weak bleach solution and wipe with paper towels with clean water. If not horribly messy a spray with a solution of water and dish detergent followed by a wet paper towel to remove the soap residue was all that was necessary. I cut a few in half and also cut some in quarters for smaller things. Love that I can just toss if I cut meat. These would also be great for camping!

Cutting or slicing using disposable mats.
The mats performed well and were easy to clean. The problem I experienced was that were a little too thin and if you were using a sharp knife and a little pressure, such as cutting through carrots or carving meat, you will cut right through the mat.

Nice boards.
I have my favorite cutting board and I don't want to throw them out so I got these instead of the more expensive box store disposables. They work well and hold up to the knives with out getting cut up so far. I'm reusing my first board for about a week now. They are a great option for using on my glass board too to protect my knife edges.

Time saver!
We love these, whenever we have to cut chicken, we use it and throw it away, no mess, no cross contamination.
