so easy to use, no touch, just get close to it, and it will read your temperature accurately.

I bought 2 units for my work and it's my fault for not thoroughly reading the description on this item, but the batteries are NOT included as with the other similar looking ones. And they are not standard size batteries either. It's been challenging getting them. I've gotten the charger, but no clue when the batteries will show up.So buyer beware.

Highly inaccurate

Device seems to be well built, easy to set up and use. The issue is consistently low temp readings. We bought several of these devices and they all have the same issue.
