I find this oyster sauce to have a really good and complex flavor that I really like. This is my first time buying it but I will be back for more when this runs out. I love fried rice and make it a few times a week, this oyster sauce really stepped my fried rice up a notch over the brand I was using before. Taste is subjective but for me, this is excellent stuff and I recommend it for fried rice and stir fry or anything else you'd normally use oyster sauce in.

This is a high quality oyster sauce, a good value for the money, especially if you are going to use a lot of oyster sauce. There is no fishy taste, just salty, umami flavor in a thick base. Gluten avoiders, caution: this sauce contains wheat in its soy sauce ingredient. I noted that the manufacturing date on my bottles was 18 months prior to my purchase date. The bottle shows an "expiration date" of two years after the product was made, so I had six months to use the sauce before it "expired." However, I expect that the product will be very good for a long time after that because of its high sodium content.

I like lots of stir frys and chinese recipes and often call for Oyster sauce, I have made them without but always seems not the same as the restaurants dishes. I broke down and ordered this even though the name “Oyster” doesn’t appeal to me. Wow is this stuff delicious and makes my recipes more like the restaurants dishes. It came packaged well, not a large bottle but will last us for a bit, good value for money.

No leakage package well. not too expensive third bottle purchased really good with broccoli dishes

I have ordered this several times and used it scores of times. Very reliable, interesting stir fry sauce.

Delicious with my favorite broccoli-tofu dish.
