I am definitely not new to sea moss supplements. I knew something wasn’t right when I realized that I didn’t feel amazing like I did with every other sea moss supplement I have taken. After a couple weeks I finally decided to crack open a capsule. No wonder I didn’t feel the same. I don’t know what on earth is in these capsules, but it definitely is not what the label says. Sea moss can vary in it’s flavor and color, however bladderwrack is very distinct and fishy.. burdock root has a sweet earthy flavor. There is no way possible that these capsules are a 1/3 blend of each ingredient. After tasting the powder, it’s very sweet, my best guess is these capsules are filled with nothing but burdock (or something else). Picture posted to compare the difference to another brand sea moss blend supplement. Huge difference both in looks and flavor.

I cautiously took Irish Sea Moss because I had read good things about it, and hoped for positive results. After taking it for one month, I am happy to say I can actually feel the positve results. I definitely have more energy, feel better upon waking up, and, after being plagued with gastric issues all my life, I can actually tell I'm better in that area too! I just ordered a second month's supply and plan to continue taking these.

Some days I am not in the mood to taste sea moss but want the benefits of taking it! This product is perfect for that. You will need to take 3 of them to get about the same as you would put in a smoothie or drink. The outer capsule is white and not see through made of gelatin so it’s not vegetarian! That’s the only down side for me. But I just consider it incidental and not a big enough deal to worry over. Overall pleased!

I like it is higher MG in difference from other brands, all around awesome product I will never go without this Irish Sea Moss and it is a complex with 2 other herbs in it.....it clears chakras for me and cleans me out... I love the price and quality of supplement.... I highly recommend! A++++++

I took these as directed for several months and I gotta say, I didn't see much of a difference. Bad smell when I would open the bottle and even when I did eat it with food, it had me burping that weird smell for hours.

Affordable and effective. I've started taking Irish sea moss a year ago but different brands, this being the third but the most effective. My digestive system has improved a lot along side use of additional health improvement measures.

I don’t have any health issues, but I started taking Irish Sea Moss to support my immune system. The plus, after a week of taking it , is that I have a lot of energy. I will continue to take it for that reason, and hopefully will also have a strong immune system!
