Then be sure you get you some pee gel for coagulating the urine collection. You can dispose of the used collection item in a normal manner.I looked around a long time for a good solution.Notable application: If you have toilets that are too small for you to comfortably manage your male equipment, and you just wish you could let it hang outside the bowl (during #2 sessions) without fowling worrying about fowling your clothing, OR for awkward climbing and hiking scenarios where you cannot get enough clothing out of the way ...this is really worth considering.

Does not get tight enough to stay on. Slips right off. Sorry I bought this.

What I like: The concept of holding a condom catheter tightly in place. What I dislike: How hard it is to get on without having the condom fall off in the process. That the condom still falls off if you don’t get it tight enough, and if you get it too tight the patient can’t pee. My rating: Don’t bother.

Works as intended with practice

I am using this "off-label" to wrap around my pecker to prevent urine flow when I go to the gym. It works well. I have a pad for backup. If I wrap it tight enough to stay on, it becomes painful after a couple of hours, so it is not an all-day solution. Nor should it be; I don't want to backup the flow from my remaining kidney to my bladder. When I unwrap this device, I need to plan for an initial uncontrolled urine spurt.

The strap does not last for very long and you end up having to redo it or the tighter you make it makes it very uncomfortable and it still comes off. We were not satisfied with the products.
