Difficult to read for someone new to Business Analytics.

ビジネスアナリシスにおけるチェンジのライフサイクルをしっかり記述しています。 Alignment: 6章、7章 Definition: 8章 Design: 10~12章 Implementation: 13章 Realisation： 14章 ビジネスアナリシスをサービスとして再定義し、サービスフレームワークを提供しているところもいいです。 ただニーズに対する記述があまりなさそうな点が少し残念です。要求からスタートしているのでニーズを発見するという大元が少し弱いかもしれません。 総じて、ビジネスアナリシスを実践しているひとには最大限推奨します。 サービスを受ける側やビジネスアナリストと関りを持つ人（プロジェクトマネジャーやスポンサー、Sierなど）にもビジネスアナリシスがどんなサービスを提供してくれるのかが分かるのでお薦めです。 早く日本語化されることを望みます。

Guter Überblick aber trocken geschrieben. Wenn man nicht eh in dem Bereich arbeitet, versteht man wohl kaum, wie man das Gelernte in der Praxis umsetzen kann.
