10 months ago, I cut off ALL my hair, (49 3/4 inches, so A LOT) to give to a coworker whose teenage daughter had cancer and needed hair to have a wig made. I had enough hair where she wouldn't need to even ask anyone else, so yeah, I chopped it all off. That girl cares more about the way she looks, then I do, at my age. But I remember being 14...and I cared at that age what I looked like. I cared a whole bunch. But now, not so much, and since locks of love and other charities don't give wigs to cancer patients because "their hair should grow back" (nonsense), her parents were looking for something affordable and found a place that would make a real hair wig, for about $1000, if they supplied the hair.For the first few months after I cut it off, all was fine. I have never had short hair before and honestly it was nice. But as it grew out, it started to become annoying. I have a very prominent widows peak, so never had bangs, and it was getting long enough to get in my face which was super aggravating. Plus, having it on my neck...can't even describe how that cut the nerves....I have never really wore headbands, so didn't have any, so started searching online for something to help keep my growing hair off my face. I read the reviews on this headband set, and many others. Focusing only on the negative reviews, because...thats what matters right? Why don't people like these? Only thing I saw on this set though was that people thought they were to tight.I have an average size head, definitely not small, but don't think it overly large either...and since they were cotton, I saw this set as a win, win. They were the width I wanted, the neutral colors I wanted, and if they were a bit small, would be more likely to hold up the hair behind my head better. If they were TO small, they were cotton, so I could stretch them out. Plus, the price was definitely good for the number you get, compared to others I looked at.So, I ordered them in June and have pretty much had them on my head everyday since. I didn't find them to small at all. Only problem I'm having is, I keep misplacing them! So, actually came on to order more, as I can only find two at the moment...but decided I would go ahead and write a review while I was here. It's still going to be a while before my hair is long enough to pull up in a ponytail, so until then, I am 100% reliant on these to keep my sanity, as my hair grows back in.

I do not wear headbands for any real athletic uses other than keeping my hair up for stretching and overall aesthetic purposes. For the price and quality, these are good! They fit a little snug which I am content with, but many may be bothered by the tightness.The only issue came along with the dark grey. The stitching was very strange and could be seen that it was messed up, it made it look like it had much more fabric and the sewing came out in a small bulge, so when put on, it sits strangely on the head.I reached out to them, though they didn't show any email or form of contact I simply went on their profile and submitted a question, not quite sure if it would work. I asked if I could by any chance receive a new dark grey or come in some agreement, they reached out the next day, apologizing and refunding 1.65. This wasn't what I hoped for, but I am not too upset. Perhaps I can fix it, but for now, I am quite pleased!Amazon nor Kenz Laurenz paid me to review this is out of my own accord.

Many reviews of these hairbands (here on Amazon) state that they are too small for the average adult female's head. Since my head happens to be a bit smaller than average, I figured, why not take a chance on them anyway? It's not as though I've been thrilled with the quality & wearability of the major brands I've been wearing on more casual days (for years now!)Boy, was I surprised. Four (of the six hairbands) fit just right. Yes, two of the hairbands were a little too small & popped off, but after wearing them a few times and stretching them out between my hands once or twice, they fit just perfectly (and have fit ever since, even after three washings)!You might feel as though it's not worth the extra effort of stretching out one or two hairbands a couple of times but these hairbands are made of nice, much more substantial material than are the drugstore brands like Scünci, Goody, and even various "hairdresser" brands.Can you tell that I wear a lot of hairbands? I wear them mainly for routine days, but I still want them to look good, and these do. Unlike other brands of hairbands, these don't get runs (from catching on fingernails, sunglasses, jewelry, etc. -- unlike the aforementioned or alluded-to band brands).

These were smaller (tighter) than I expected and have very little give. I would probably not buy these again.

Use these when going out and for working out, double usage. So soft and comes in so many colors. Great price and amazing quality! I was a Lululemon headband girlie forever but honestly I use these more when working out because they stay in way better and do not suffocate my head.

I bought this product about two years ago and am now buying it again. This isn't because they broke or have lost their elasticity, but because I have lost most of them. I am currently a nurse and was previously a CNA (nurse's aide) and wore these for basically every shift (8-12hr shifts). The colors go well with about any color of scrubs. They stay on the head pretty well for a long period of time, even with my head being a little smaller and my hair being frizzy and annoying. I also would wash them sometimes if I noticed that they were falling off more easily, and that would fix it. The dark gray was the only one that faded in color a little bit, and the rest look about the same as when I bought them. I would definitely recommend this product! Well worth the price!
