nice magnetic detector
Came on time as advertised does what it say it does. Sound is not too loud as one review stated unless you hate the sound. Plug in head phone and turn the head phones off then. I like it. Belt loop is cheesy. Item is too expensive for what it does. Paid almost 900 bucks and feel jilted over the cost but... it works. Length is ok. You have to bend over a little so if you did that all day you'd be a hunchback,...but it doesn't drag on the ground so you don't have to hold if off the ground so swinging it back and forth is not too bad. I tried it one time now so keep that in mind. Longer ones might be easier to pin point ground spots but ... not by much. I need to learn how to use it better but it works good. I bought it after having my utility lines located and marked but the markers all get ... knock out of place; run over plowed over, the dog ate it... so if you want to mark spots along the lines- you have to find the right piece of metal so you recognize the signature or what the thing is doing vs all the other false readings like the truck, the flags with wire on them cause a area of magnetic effect so.... I will buy pipe or re bar. One guy said use BB's. Not a good idea. Pipe I;d think. End.
