Classic 9 Inch Carving Knife, Black

Not cheap (but bought at a good value price when compared to other knives in the Wusthof Classic range) and delivers with a sharp blade, ergonomic handle and good balance in the hand. A joy to use on my Sunday roasts.

Valoro mucho que un fabricante tenga longevidad en sus productos y mantenga la calidad de siempre. La mayoría de fabricantes solo buscan ahorrar en el producto y los cambios de diseño son para peor, pero no en Wusthof. Queríamos reeemplazar este cuchillo en un juego que tenemos de hace 40 años y sin problema. Son muy caros pero merecen la pena.

This is a quality knife. There is no comparison to my other entry-level brand name knives. The difference in the quality of the blade is amazing. It's very sharp and balanced. The handle fits your hand perfectly. I love the demi-bolster and the curved handle.

I saw this Wusthof classic carving knife listed as the best carving knife in an old magazine. I was so glad I could still purchase it from Amazon at a great price.
