It’s a good hose and does what it’s intended to. No leaks or anything but it doesn’t feel as sturdy as it should. You can feel it’s a bit cheap but it’s still good enough.

I really don't understand why it is so difficult to make a product like this work. When tightened fully by hand, water pours from the attachment to the water pipe and steady constant drip from the washing machine. I spent a good couple of hours gently tightening both ends with a suitable pipe wrench. I couldn't get any better than a slow drip leaking from the water pipe end. The washing machine end broke after tightening to half a turn beyond hand tight! A quick trip to B&Q got me a suitable replacement for less money that worked perfectly when hand-tightened.

I ordered this for a mate who doesn't have prime. This is his review.Was a little concerned about buying this after seeing feedback about it leaking but have to say this hose is fine. As a handyman I have fitted a few of these before so know people can often cross thread these while connecting them which in return could cause a small leak but this thing seems to be very robust so doubt it would have any leaks if fitted correctly. I will defo be buying again should future jobs call for it. All in all this seems to be as good as the expensive original brands

Poor quality item although could not fault speed of delivery

We recently moved house and our washing machine pipe was at least 1m too short to reach where it needed to. This pipe was a perfect replacement and so easy to install. Literally just screw on and away you go!It's great quality and very sturdy.

Very dissapointed. Ordered the amazon choice product thinking it would be OK... yeh never read the reviews!Very tight threads on the fittings, no chance of a seal tightening them up by hand, had to get the grips on to get a water tight seal at both ends. So difficult to installChecked for leaks later , and found one ... a rl of ptfe tap later worked oit the end fittings were leaking... the fitting to pipe ... not to the appliance.Still dripping now .. wish i had gone to B and QPipe not as the pictures ... similar... but not the sameStear clear unless you have mops buckets and wellingtons... and are happy to be using them

washer extension cold water feed. The length I wanted. had to use tape to get a waterproof seal. tightening nut has very little grip on it so difficult to tighten up onto cold water pipe and machine.
