My Now Favorite Pen
This is my new favorite pen of all. The design and comfort are remarkable, especially when writing a lot of notes at work and at school. The pen is not heavy, does not cause too much strain, and writing is way smoother, allowing me to write faster in cursive. This pen also does not bleed, and as a left-handed person myself, I will never have to worry about getting ink marks at the edge of my palm. Thinking of having this as a give away to my colleagues in the future. Highly recommend!

Excellent Pen - 4 colors
Fantastic pen. I color code my notes while on the floor and having one pen 4 colors makes this much more convenient than carrying 4 pens around.Strong body, unlike a plastic version I had that broke within weeks. Body does not seem to unscrew/loosen on its own like other pens. Refills are easy to change.

Made mostly of plastic (ノಠ益ಠ)ノ彡┻━┻
The grip is the only part that’s metal. The rest of it is plastic. Also the refills drain quickly. A lot faster than it’s BIC cousin. At first it was skipping on smoother paper but after writing for a bit on printer paper at work, it now writes on the smooth paper. All in all I’m happy with this pen. I just wish I knew the top half is all plastic.

Great pen
Thin precise lines, great to write with when you want multiple colors. Over time the green coating on the body wears away to white plastic.

It's NOT metal. At all. The entire body is plastic.
I'm really not happy about the plastic body. I bought this because it was specifically described as "metal".The pens and pencil are great. They work well, write really and precisely. They click well and the eraser does the job.But you can't use this as a self defense tool bear the body would break. And I expect that it will be the thing to fail first, especially with the intense use I put things though!I guess you get what you pay for.

Great Pen
They are almost exactly like the Pure Malt version, except these pens don't have the wood finger grips. This pen and it's campanion pens are unique. The internal pencil and eraser is what's make them unique. These pens are the ONLY pen you need to have. I won't pick up anything else to write with! BIC has made a four color ink pen for a long time. However, it looks like a toy and doesn't have a pencil built in. No self-respecting business person would get caught carrying the BIC pen. The uni Jetstream will be a pen anyone would be proud to carry and show off. One more point, it's called the "metal edition", only the finger grip is made of metal. The upper half is made of plastic! I think some of the users who gave the pen low marks are kind of "cry babies." Most didn't shop very well and paid way to much for the pen to begin with. If you paid more than $16 to $17 for the pen, you paid to much! I've purchased DOZENS of these pens AND the "sister" pen, the "Pure Malt" version for as little as $15 to $16 each! For THOSE prices the pens are a GREAT buy! They do EVERYTHING you'd expect a pen to do, has a pencil and eraser built in and it looks great in your pocket and in your hand! AND, if you leave the pen laying around, when you come back to use it again, it will be gone! See if that happens with a BIC pen or some other single feature pen! Those pens you can't give away! I give these pens to my clients, friends and certain acquaintances, along with my business card. At first they all say they've seen pens like it before, I quickly tell them, "No you haven't!" I show them the wood grip, on the Pure Malt version, the four ink colors, THEN the pencil and eraser. THEN, they admit they've never seen a pen like it before! Just like I told them to begin with! Different colors of the same pen are available from Japan's Amazon store. However, shop carefully. For some reason the shipping charges are outrageous. Sometimes 3 to 4 times the price of ONE pen. NOT a good deal. I've found some vendors charging shipping charges about equal to the price of one pen and the price of the pen is a $1 or $2 LESS than the prices I find from USA sources. So I buy 10 to 12 at a time from Japan. The shipping is typically the same if you buy one pen or 10 pens. When you average the total cost against the number of pens received, I end up paying the $15 to $16 per pen!
