I was thoroughly impressed when this arrived. Everything felt solid and durable enough to withstand year round exposure street side. My only issue was that one of the HEAVY cross tube weights came with a damaged end cap- from AMAZON. The two cross tube weights were wrapped in a thin, used cardboard sheet sloppily secured with clear tape- like a previous AMAZON return. I knew from a previous experience that AMAZON would insist on sending the ENTIRE product back if there was an issue with one piece. Previously I had to return a fifty pound work station because they could not mail me 2 ounces of the assembly screws that fell out of a hole in the box. Seemed such a waste of resources. In the package, however, was a notice from EXCELLO Global Products and a customer service # to call. I called and left a message and soon Robin called back. She said even though I did not buy direct from EXCELLO, she would FEDEX me the damaged part. And she did!!! The very same day! So that was a welcomme surprise to make all good. Great job! 👍😀

The product arrived dirty, the frame had marks on it and everything was coated in a layer of dust, I guess, which ended up all over me after assembling it. Once assembled I was impressed with the sturdiness and the letters also good quality. I have not used the blackboard yet so tbd. I wasn't put off too much about the marks on the frame since it will be used outside but when you buy new, you expect new and clean. I was able to assemble it in about 15 mins and needed my husband to help hold the sign to ensure correct placement but otherwise a breeze

Needed some signage for our Farmers Market booth, this sign will work well for that use. Large enough to read at a distance and sized to not take a bunch of room in the truck. Weak point is the sign board rails are held on by double sided tape, at some point this will be a failure point.

Very easy to install letters and went together easily. Very functional for my storage facility.

Bought this for the church to advertise our Free Store.. Was easy to assemble. The bottom supports are weighted which did require some ingenuity in getting it from the back of the church to the street, but it worked. Two new customers the first day it was out!!!
