Golfers: Strengthens Your Hands to Swing Freer and Easier
I bought the Sportsgrip SPORTSGRIP Hand and Finger Exerciser (Hard - 7lbs / 3.2kg) - Best Ergonomic Finger Strengthener to Improve Grip for All Sport Athletes at the recommendation of my golf pro. She said that my grip is the most important piece of "equipment" I have and one that can be improved by proper exercise and is the key to taking advantage of new clubmaking technology. Having a strong grip with ALL fingers is crucial, she said, to permitting the golfer to anchor the club without the squeezing or clamping that restricts proper swing mechanics (wrist hinging) and reduces crucial clubhead speed. Tighter squeezing causes tension that manifests itself in swing fatigue and loss of concentration on Holes 14-18, especially for the senior golfer like me. Every finger is important, including the pinkie and this Sportsgrip exercises the hand perfectly and every finger independently. Listen to your Pro! After only a month of using my Sportsgrip daily (while reading or watching TV), my golf grip is strong without tension-inducing tightness. I swing easier, find it much easier to apply what I learn in lessons and avoid late in the round fatigue. Terrific product for the golfer.

Best hand strengthener I found!
Keeping my New Years resolution to hit the gym 5 days a week was tougher than I thought. After taking a few years off, I found more than just my biceps needed some work. My hands were getting tired before my workout was done.A friend in mine had a Gripmaster. I liked the idea, but it was awkward fit in my hand and did not work well when trying to exercise individual fingers. After some research I came across the Sportsgrip and decided to try it out.I received my Sportsgrip a few weeks ago. Right away I noticed how well it fit in my hand. The base and tips for each finger are covered in a softer rubber material that gives it a comfortable nonslip fit in your hand. The sturdy base contours the palm of your hand, giving it a solid fit, making individual finger exercise smooth and easy. After just a few weeks I am already noticing more endurance in my grip at the gym. If only the rest of my New Years resolution was as easy to stick to.

Sports grip is the way to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
As an aging recreational baseball player /pitcher, I know how important strong fingers are for controlling and delivering a great pitch. It’s also important when batting. I knew I did not have the same “zip” I had just years before. This year I was determined to improve my finger and hand strength. I have seen some players use the Gripmaster, but I never found that comfortable. I did a little research and just from the pictures, I knew the Sportsgrip was a better design. I bought the Sportsgrip about 2 weeks before camp and I was pleasantly surprised how great it felt and how quickly I noticed a difference in my hands. I also thought there was a big difference for warming up and keep my fingers limber between innings. This years Mets Fantasy Baseball camp was fantastic and I don’t know if it was in my head, but I felt like I got my old “Zip” back. I recommend the Sportsgrip for any serious athlete(I have the blue shirt on)

Obviously Used...Update - Good company
The one I got from a place called Cognatus Innovations is scratched up has obviously been used a great deal. I can't believe they would actually do this to save $15. Nice way to treat your customer. The company has reached out to me and provided a replacement. Turns out that the issue was probably attributed to Amazon. The device itself is a good one that does what it's supposed to do. I like it better than the other brand. I took one star off because the individual parts move laterally a bit and rub against each other making a little noise. Not a really big deal though. Great customer service!

Great for Bowling!
I'm an avid bowler and began having control issues after switching to a heavier ball. Arm strength wasn't an issue, but finger and wrist strength were (as they have much more effect on the roll), so I needed a way to strengthen my grip. After some research I settled on Sportsgrip and have noticed significant improvement in my grip strength and control. There are a variety of different exercises/positions to target the necessary muscles. It's simple enough that I can just use it at work at my desk every day without having to think much about it, which is great considering the results so far.All in all I'd definitely recommend it to bowlers looking to improve their game, and from the feel of it I'm sure it would benefit any sport where grip is important. Looking forward to checking the results when baseball season starts up.

Utilité plus que discutable
Produit ayant un cycle de vie très court car il se retrouve dans le fond d'un tiroir assez vite.

Barely any resistance
Product seems of decent quality and fits the hand well, but the resistance level is very low. I'm a female with average hand size and moderate hand strength and could press almost every button (apart from pinky) down fully with minimal effort.Debating whether the next level up - XTRA HARD - will give the resistance needed to build strength.

Get the heavier one.
It's well made.... but the fingers are too close together. Ok this is partly a reflection of my large hands, but it might be useful to have sizes instead of OSFA.More importantly...the tension is too low. This is not challenging at all. I was expecting it to get difficult around 15-20 reps. It doesn't. It's way too light.

Great; Simple; Effective
I'm an 80 year old who wants to stay fit. In fact, I'd like to be even fitter than I was ten years ago. So, if you seek a little helping hand so you can still screw that lid off then this brilliant tool will help.
