I was looking for a way to work lion's mane into my daily routine without having to take a supplement pill and I came across this matcha powder. I researched and found that lion's mane will enhance mental clarity, energy, and focus. My job is high pressure so this helps me get through the day. When I get to work, I add a teaspoon into hot water and a dab of honey. It tastes great!

The taste for me is unbearable but you can easily hide it in a protein smoothie. It was clean smooth energy and clarify for the day. I slept better and didn't need a midday caffeine break.

I purchased this tea to try after trying the other popular brand that is being pushed on the Socials that starts with the letter R. Mind you I did by that "R" brand Macha Tea and it was HORRIBLE. So thinking the idea of Matcha and Mushrooms as a good thing, I tried this brand. This tea does taste MUCH better than the "R" brand. It does not mix well though. In the cup it was clumpy and took a while to actually blend mixing with just a spoon. I did mix mine with either hot water or hot oat milk, either way was very clumpy. I am not sure if I will buy this again. The push for Mushroom as a supplement may help or hurt you so do your research before buying.

I originally bought this because of the the lions mane in it. I have grown to love this! It does wonders for my body and my brain.

It takes me time to find a good Matcha that does not have a bad after taste.Unfortunately this product is not it.This product has a strong fish after taste.Better yet, the after taste is like flaked fish food smells.I even added it to smoothies and other drinks and the after taste did not go away.I had a few friends taste my drink and they all agree. It tasted fishy.The powder mixed well and was not clumpy in the container.

The health benefits of mushrooms are numerous. This product gives me a natural mental energy boost and keeps me focused throughout the day. It tastes great when I mix it in a smoothie or add a bit of coconut or oat milk to it. I highly recommend this to anyone as it is now my mid-morning healthy treat!!!
