Switched to these from just straight vitamin C to get the zinc when covid started. I heard zinc was supposed to help prevent it. It must help. My wife and several other family members have had covid but I've managed to avoid it, even without the government's so called vaccine and multiple boosters.I chew one every morning along with a multi-vitamine and a vitamine D gummy. Just be careful when chewing these Power Zinc gummies. They are very sticky and large enough to cover a tooth so I managed to pull off a crown while chewing. Now i use my front teeth to bite the gummie into smaller pieces before chewing just to be safe.

Added these to my wellness routine to help boost immune support. They taste great.
