These organic prunes taste great and are a very satisfying snack — they’re honestly a perfect replacement for candy! I love that they’re organic and true to the label, they really are soft. My personal preference is for prunes that are a little chewier, but these are still delicious and I’d definitely buy them again.

I never thought I would love prunes. Gotta tell ya, after a few weeks, I look forward to my bag of prunes before bedtime. The problem occurred after a few flawless months of perfect bags, we received some bags containing prunes that were harder and stale tasting. Additionally, I've had a couple that have had pit pieces in them... and when you aren't expecting it, I felt like I could almost have broken a tooth. These less than satisfactory bags don't happen often, but too frequently in my book. There needs to be improved quality control. Will this stop me from buying them... not yet. I love the taste and freshness in most bags. Usually 5 come per bag. I'm always able to go the next morning within 10 min of awakening. I feel ready to tackle the day right away.

The prunes themselves are soft and easy to eat, which is great for her since she doesn’t like tough or chewy dried fruit. They have a natural sweetness that’s not overpowering, and honestly, they taste better than some of the overly processed ones we’ve tried. She’s been eating a few a day and says they’ve helped with her digestion, which was the whole point.That said, they’re not amazing. The flavor is a bit one-note—sweet but not very rich or deep like some higher-end prunes. And after a few weeks, she noticed they started to dry out a little, even when the bag was sealed. We’ve had to store them in an airtight container to keep them from getting too hard.
