Ok I luv this. I LUV IT. It comes in very fast like it said it was gonna come in at 10:00pm and it came in at 1:00. It has very nice smells, spearmint, mint and very minty mint, it has 3 stress balls , 1 is easy to squish another one is medium and then hard, the only thing I don’t like about this is that the smell goes away very easily. But if you put it back in the cylinder it came with for about 5 mins it comes back, even better it comes with a free gift! Buy it to find out what it is :D, value for money great, basically 6.33c for each ball, yes it will not break, (unless you cut it) and yes IT HELPS STRESS I FEEL WAY BETTER. Please buy this! At least try it!

I just got these today and I love them already! These stress/therapy balls are fantastic. They are lightweight, durable, easy to squeeze and do the provided exercises with. Each ball has a different level of firmness so you can build up your strength in your fingers and forearms. I highly recommend them to anyone whether it be for stress relief or hand strengthening, etc.. I also love the positive affirmations that are on each ball. 😁

I've purchased these stress balls after I worn out a poorly made stress ball I got for free at a wellness conference. I am pretty impressed with the quality. The balls come in a sturdy container (looks to be paper) and have unique scents that are neither overbearing nor unpleasant. The three strengths range from easy- medium- hard. The easy ball is usually my favorite, but I recently started working with the medium ball which provides a little more squeeze challenge but nonetheless is able to take all your pent-up energy. The company behind these products is actually based on wellness providing many free downloads at their website that can help you with day-to-day tasks. I'll be looking forward to future products from this company.

I like the fabric used, the construction seems good but the scent is driving me nuts. Also I'm not noticing much difference in the density between the 3.

Perfect combo with the soft, medium, and hard levels of firmness. The colors are great and they have a nice smooth feel to them.
