Veritable Connect Indoor Garden, Moonlight Gold

I tried Tomatoes first, they looked like they were doing well at first but then got really leggy and eventually died with no fruit to speak of. The several tomatoes were dry and tasted bad. Then tried 4 different herbs, most did not germinate, the few seeds that did grew to be maybe 1/2". The containers started to get a lot of green algae so we had to throw it all away. I was going to try one more time, but the ingots are $12 each and all reviews are as bad as mine so I decided to cut my costs ( the device is very expensive ) and say I regret every buying this .

Go to the app store before you buy! Bad reviews, app doesn't work anymore.

I like the beauty, simplicity and quietness of this indoor garden. I know it won't grow any faster if I check on it everyday but it is so meditative. To me it is like the beauty and wonder of watching a child grow and the beauty therin. I decided on the Veritable Connect because of the beauty of the moon gold grow light and simplicity of cleaning. It is so simple. Amazing. I will be getting another and I will have edible indoor houseplants. I will dedicate one specifically to the delicious strawberries. I let my granddaughters eat as they desire from this organic, fresh produce. A highlight is eating edible flowers.

It’s over priced and doesn’t grow. Posting so you don’t waste your money.

5 weeks in - Basil is doing well. No chives after 5 weeks (algae appears to be growing in the lingot holes), 1 lonely thyme sprout (who looks to be on hospice), and one half of the lingot germinated on the parsley with 3 healthy looking sprouts.
