Worked well, the only issue I had was when installing the Port numbering do not installed as sequential COM Ports in Windows. ie PORT 1 on device is COM 5 on PC, PORT 2 on device is COM 3 on PC.. etc

Excellent gear
This is an excellent piece of equipment. My company has over 50 of these running 24/7/365 in the hotel computer application environment. We use the serial ports to communicate with other systems such as credit card modems, phone call accounting, F&B Systems and many more. Recommend this to anyone needing commercial grade serial port communication via a single USB connection. The LED lights are great for me as an IT Tech for diagnostics.
