its essentially like an open mouth that vibrates inside a bit, feels... ok... but nothing magic at all, plus the biggest flaw, you cant fit, I'm not massive, average sized yet not even half in and you have to stop, 2 inches at most so feels daft just badly designed, it falls of because not much of you can be inserted and its just not great for use.
