WoodWick Nature's Wick Coconut Saffron Scented Candle, 10oz with Wooden Lid, Crackles at it Burns, Fall

Love these candles and I love the crackling sound when lit. Since our house doesn’t have adequate space to build a fire place I found a portable electric one and decided to use these candles to give me the fireplace crackle sound effect I needed. It was perfect. Smells great, looks pretty and added to the ambiance I was trying to create on those cold winter nights. Would recommend.

As someone sensitive to strong scents, I found this candle to be perfect! The crackling wick is always an added bonus that makes a quiet night in just that much more enjoyable - it engages almost all of the senses with the warmth, crackling, subtle smell, and flickering motion. I would highly reccommend!

When it first showed up I wasn't blown away by the scent. I think I was expecting just a strong coconut and cinnamon fragrance because I saw another review that said it smells just like Coquito. That's what made me purchase this and I can see how someone can say it smells close to that drink but the more you smell the candle the more you pick up the Saffron notes which is not Coquito. I pick up sweet warm, woody notes. A touch of honey, leather and floral in this. Creamy with a hint of vanilla. A bit of spice with the first sniff but the deeper/more you smell it the more the floral notes pop up. The coconut note goes without saying, you obviously will smell that and that will most likely be the first fragrance note you get from this candle. I'm just focusing on what the Saffron brings to the table. I burned the candle for probably 3 hours straight as soon as it arrived and I must say the candle burned well, slow and even. I was still smelling the fragrance long after the candle was extinguished. No problems with the wood wick I just hope that doesn't change. From my experience with wood wicks is sometimes the flame is too large and the candle burns down way too quick and sometimes the flame is so tiny it struggles to stay lit and doesn't release any scent. Overall I was satisfied with this candles first performance and I think it's worth the money.

Nicely scented candle.I am not too sure that I am fond of the crackling wick and didn't see that feature when I ordered. It would not have prevented the purchase though.Overall very happy with the candle.

If you’ve ever tasted coquito, then you know what I mean. Coquito is a coconut quaff enjoyed by Puerto Ricans typically during the Christmas season much like eggnog is in the States. Other ingredients may include vanilla, cinnamon, cloves. This candle smells like all that but mostly the coconut. It’s my favorite candle.

I guess the candle got to hot being delivered. It's not burnable. Smells amazing. I'll see if they will exchange it out
