i-Series DISH Network Multi-Satellite Interface Multi-Switch (MIM)

Installation-requires major rewiring unless your boat was originally designed for this. It does not work on any dish equipment that you can currently get from Dish. If someone has an old receiver, definitely prior to a vip 211 k, it might work. I would save yourself the time(in my case about 30 hours) and the money(installer charged about $600 without the cost of the MIM) for something that Intellian even says doesn't work well.

This is a signal splitter for a Dish Network satellite TV system. When you are using multiple set top boxes.

It switches through all three satellites for the channel you switch to. Sometimes it hangs up, slow, and continues switching. Sometimes works better than other times. Have patience!!!

Purchased to work with my Intellian i2 satellite receiver to facilitate Dish TV reception. Didn’t work even though I communicated extensively with Intellian technical support and tried all their recommendations. Returned in mint condition but hit with 25% restocking fee.
