Is it dishwasher safe, does the painted picture come off?

I have not washed them as I haven't had them too long. But if they were to get dirty, I wouldn't take the chance of putting them in the dishwasher being hand painted. I would gently hand wash.

What are the actual dimensions of the bottle?

I'm not for sure but I dont recommend this one the paint comes off and it is spelled wrong.

Does anyone else have a problem with getting the top of these bottles and then getting it back in?

I have the opposite problem. My spouts are too loose, leak. I have to hold top on while I pour. Ide prefer to have your problem or spouts that actually fit properly. Bottles are great. Spouts stink.

It doesn't leak for me, I happen to like it very much, it looks very nice on my counter.
