Puppy Cake Wheat-Free Peanut Butter Cake Mix and Frosting for Dogs

Easy to make, my dogs loved it. I will buy again.

This one is a huge hit in my house. The banana cake baked up super moist, smelled great, and my dogs went absolutely feral for it. Bowls were licked clean and they kept hanging around the kitchen like I owed them more. 😂 Very easy to make and perfect for birthdays, gotcha days, or just spoiling your pups because… why not? I’ll definitely be buying the banana flavor again.

Ordered this for my fur baby's birthday and it was so easy to make. Dog tester approved. I was then able to decorate it.

Fun little birthday cake that cooks up super fast in the microwave. It is quite strong smelling when cooking in the microwave but doesn’t have much smell after. It doesn’t come with near enough frosting (minus one star for that). The tiny frosting pouch it comes with isn’t even enough to cover to the top of the cake, which is a bummer if you wanted a complete kit. I mix up homemade peanut butter frosting to cover the cake since it doesn’t come with sufficient icing. My dog loved the taste and it was a good soft consistency. We kept the leftovers and gave her a slice for dessert over several days and she loved it. It makes a nice size cake for several dogs to split (about 8x4 inches and 2-3” tall).

Super easy to make! I added cranberries, a sweet potato cream cheese frosting and a bacon topper - they looked so yummy! The other was the pup-fetti and used the glazed frosting and added permission juice and a fruitables topper. Took them to her day care and everyone thought we had bought them at a bakery! Was a fun birthday party with her friends! They didn’t last long!

I could have made this from scratch but I would’ve spent triple on all the ingredients. This was easy and smells amazing. The box said it would fit in a six inch round pan. I disagree. I used 4”. I didn’t use the icing mix because I knew it wouldn’t be enough. I used dog safe peanut butter and cream cheese instead.

Bought this cake mix for my goldens first birthday. She absolutely loved it and enjoyed having a sweet treat on her big day. I liked that there’s wasn’t a lot of harmful ingredients, the quality of the cake was good, and I feel like the price was good for what I got. It was super simple to make and took less than 30 mins from start to finish. I loved how the frosting looked like real frosting and how fast is dried onto the cake so that I didn’t make a mess. I would definitely try another flavor from this brand again on her next birthday.
