Great Book

The technical part of the book focuses on assessing the quality of a REIT from three perspectives; property types, balance sheet strengths and management capabilities.I gave the 4 stars because there no section on global REIT investing.I recommend the book to anyone advising or investing in REITs.

if your the analytical type this books for you , i read this book like a textbook writing in it with notes and highlighter , i recommend but not mandatory, to read basic real estate business books first , like beginners bigger pockets books first to be familiar with terms , but overall a great book to understand the REIT world

Wow. I bought this book several months ago, because I only knew a little about REITs and wanted to expand my knowledge.The foundation from this book helped me identify the REITs that work best for me and my portfolio (in fact, at the time of this review, one of those REITs became a M&A target). Consequently, the knowledge has already offered returns, and if God is willing, it will continue to create value for decades to come.If you're new/interested in the sector and want to learn, I think this is a good place to start!

This is a great book for analytical investors that like getting into the comparative analysis that tells you which REITs are a bargain and which are overvalued. Data freaks, you will like this one.

Just in the first couple of chapters i have found valuable information that will help me make the most of my REITS investments. If you want t book that gives you all the information you could ask for, this is the book

This was a fantastic read. The authors do a great job of expanding on the background of REITs, the real estate market, and very useful ways for assessing and analyzing these securities. Great for anyone looking to learn more about investing in REITs and the real estate market.
