I am writing this review after only one time use. It is very very effective. It gives very fast results and very useful for common cough and cold. I have used various brands product but this one is the best. I am surprised to see many bad reviews here. Thank God I didn't see reviews before ordering this, otherwise would not have ordered this seeing at many negative reviews.
