I hang out with foodies. What we like to do is order one of everything, and we need an easy way to split each item. I found this while searching, and it's exactly what we needed. It has a sharp, serrated blade that cuts through all types of food with ease, from meat to flaky croissants. For the price, I'd pick up a few more just to have them handy.

I was dubious to the 5 star rating, so I bought one. 5 stars is dead on. This is lightweight, sharp as F^%$, and perfect for eating out. I won't disrespect a good steak with a dull knife. Get one.

I bought this to cut food for my wife as she is partially paralyzed. Sometimes those restaurant knife’s just don’t cut it. Knife is just as advertised. Highly recommend

Perfect --- except for the absence of instructions explaining how to close the knife. In the end I found a video explanation on google. This knife is exceptionally sharp, so you should not experiment with the closing.

I carry this knife with me in my bag because it can be annoying when I’m served something in a restaurant that really calls for a sharp knife, but I’m only given a butter knife. Having this super sharp foldable knife really solves that little problem. It’s ideal.
