BLU Z3 - Dual Sim Phone - GSM unlocked -Black/Blue

They have improved a lot! There are still a few flaws, but I believe this little guy got toughened up very well.IN VENEZUELA, calls with Movistar sound PERFECT. No interruptions, awkward silences or glitchy voice. Sms is a lot more complicated, since this model still doesn't have predictive text (in 2016? Really?). The buttons are hard to press but they soften with use so don't worry. I've had no troubles with signal so far, and I believe I won't be having themany time soon.The screen is perfectly bright, I just checked it's readable in direct sunlight. Trust me, it is.But what I love the most about this little guy is:1.- Sound quality: it has improved a lot since the Zoey II, the previous model.2.- Contruction: it feels sturdier, yet as light as the previous model. The buttons are not gummy, even though they are made of it. They are tough at first but, as I said, soften with use.3.- Battery life: So far I've used it for a whole day without trouble. I should be updating this one on an updated review.4.- Screen: It looks great, perfect readability under direct sun light. At nights it can be as bright as the sun if you reach for it at 2AM.5.- Connectivity: I paired it with a bluetooth headset I bought and, for calls, the quality is AWESOME. First of all, previous models didn't pair with any bluetooth headset, these do pair and that's a plus. I'll update the music streaming in the updated review, too.6.- Tools: with an incorporated antenna for Radio you don't need the headphones to listen to your favorite radio station, but a downside is that you won't be able to stream the radio to the bluetooth headset. With traditional earphones the sound quality is great, seriously, this one is THE BEST Zoey so far in terms of sound quality. The flashlight (or torch) is bright enough to get you out of a trouble, but it won't be blinding anyone so don't bother trying to use it as a personal defense weapon.7.- Camera: I haven't had the chance to actually snap any photo, but you can customize almost everything and even turn off the shutter sound for those sometimes need stealthy shots. Also, will be updating this in the next review.I highly recommend this device, it delivers good options for so little price. Let's hope mine lasts as long as I need it, and that means years!

I had it as a backup phone mainly to be able to use it in places where my smartphone could probably be stolen, it took some decent photos (viewing them on the computer gave me a pleasant surprise) this rugged phone is really worth it

We're on vacation when this arrived but straight away my husband's brought this to our cell phone carrier and they couldn't get it to work even though it was listed as a unlocked cell phone and even listed as our carrier as being one of the brands that it would work on so that's what that is I would recommend that you might want to choose maybe another style phone from this company but not this particular phoned I bought it because it was cheap and because I wanted to put my niece who is 11 on the plan but the phone's not even good enough for child of 11

Because it has some physical keys. I'm sure it would work well. I just never got around to using it. I can stay home and listen. Wouldn't use it for watching TV, too small. I dont know about batt life. I'm not living the battery life, I'm not a battery. I'm sure the sound quality would be adequate, but it is your hedfones that will mostly determine that not the little box.

Works great for what I intended - as a basic phone so I'm always reachable by the people most important to me. You can lock each individual section behind a PIN but you can't the whole phone with a PIN. This means you end up entering the PIN more often, e.g. when you go to SMS you enter the PIN, then when selecting a contact you have to enter the PIN again.Phone volume was initially so loud that the t-mobile jingle hurt my ear! :P I think it became quieter when I changed the sound profile

This phone works, but it doesn't come with any product documentation and there isn't anything except a sales brochure on the website. I found out through trial and error that this phone has essentially no usable memory. The 32 MB / 24 MB RAM that BLU claims on their website is false, it's actually more like 34 KB. I discovered this when I couldn't import my contacts into the phone. Unless you have all of your numbers already stored on a SIM card, this phone is pretty much useless without adding a microSD card to it.UPDATE:I dropped the rating from 2 stars to 1. It turns out saying the phone works was an overstatement. It works sometimes. The reception of this phone is terrible, so often the network status just shows as "Emergency Call". If you're looking for an inexpensive phone that you can actually make/receive calls with, I'd buy something else.

Got it as a replacement phone, and so far it went well. The default language was Spanish, took me awhile to change it to English. Phone is very small and super light, battery last long enough because you can only call with it. I am with Fido so maybe I didnt have the problem, as Rogers and Fido are basically the same. Maybe it is not compatible with other companies, i dont know. In my case, It does its job, and for the price I have nothing to complain.

The phone's operating system is extremely weird compared to every flip phone I've ever had.Just needed this one for a week while my smartphone was repaired though. Came set to spanish, doesn't follow SIM language preferences. Bluetooth/radio reception is bad, but everything's a bonus on top of calling for the cheap price.

Bought this for a trip where I wouldn't be able to recharge my usual phones; so bought this hoping it would provide at least 1 week of battery life. But it is utterly useless - installed 2 sims - it fails completely to acquire a network; the same sims installed in other phones have a signal and are useable. Fundamentally this phone is unfit for purpose. Now back from the trip and Amazon won't replace because their "returns window" has expired - nonesense - THIS PHONE IS FAULTY - IT SIMPLY DOESN'T WORK - don't buy it

there is no Arabic language and it is not reading any SMS in Arabic it just gives you small square square square.the Charge finish within 2-3 days which is acceptable for such phone, although other brands may stay for a week
