Deluxe Sonic Costume for Boys

This costume is cute but fits a little big. The gloves are huge the shoe coverings are big too. The hood tops hedges are velcro. Otherwise a good buy. Grandson loves it.

Great looks good on my 7 year old brother I love it and he said it’s comfortable not like other itchy costumes.

I ordered this for my soon to be 5 year old for Halloween. He loves the costume. It's easy to put on, it's a nice, bright blue that matches the colors of Sonic that you would expect. It comes with gloves, but my son normally doesn't wear them. He did put them on and they were comically large (likely to match the aesthetic of Sonic himself). When he did wear them, he was unable to use his hands. But like I said, this wasn't a problem for me as my son didn't want to wear it. The hat, however, is too small. Sure, it fits on his head, but the strap that goes underneath his chin is tough to velcro together. It will stick together, but barely and comes off easily (not because of the velcro but because of the size). And the cap part of the hat slides off his head. He ended up taking it off when we went early trick or treating. He's happy, so it's fine by me, but if your child is dead set on wearing the hat (as one might expect) be a bit weary or at least understand it may not fit perfectly. I can't speak for larger sizes, but based on what I've read, it's a one size fits all type of head piece. In terms of value, I was pleased.

I bought this for my 7 year old. Choosing sizes based on that chart. It says fits ages 5-7 but it was way too big on him. Maybe closer to 7-8. The gloves were huge and the headpiece didn't even stay on. It kept flopping off. Don't be fooled by the pictures on the order...Those spikes are attached with velcro and DO NOT STAND UP AT ALL!! The tail was the same, about 2 inches long and floppy. The "shoes" have this little elastic band that goes under your kids shoe, flimsy. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE $35 I PAID!!!

Everything looks good but the hat. It'll pass if you don't have other options, but it's pretty lame. The spikes are flat and don't sit up so it kind of just looks like blue anime hair or something silly. The costume is great, has the same flat spikes on the spine but it doesn't look weird...but I'd recommend finding a separate head piece if you can, for sure.

I paid double the price I would usually pay for a product because my son wanted a sonic costume. I saw the bad reviews and the overpriced item but still bought it. No the costume received was terrible. Did not fit. at all. Head piece way too big, even for an adult. My son cannot and did not put it on but once. He plays dress up with all his other costumes but not this one. Very poor quality and ridiculous return policy! You can't open the item to try it on before returning it. Restocking fee is crazy as well. Please avoid this seller.

Fits good, seems well made, its a Halloween costume.

Compre este traje para mi sobrino y la verdad la recomendaciones de talla no es la adecuada. Compre talla grande como menciona ahi para niños de entre 8 a 10 años y la verdad es que termino quedandome a mi jajaja mido 1.63 para que puedan darse una idea. El traje es de buena calidad tanto como los accesorios.

Muy buen producto, le quedo a la perfección, muy buena calidad de la tela, buena fabricacion, lo recomiendo 100%, muy feliz mi hijo con el disfraz!!!!

It is a sonic costume, yes. But I have a few gripes with this costume. Seems low quality- thin materials, etc like many kids costumes. It doesn’t fit or look quite like what is pictured. The spikes Velcro on, which I guess is fine, but they are flimsy an flop around. Lastly, I wish it came with a face mask so the the sonic smile/nose didn’t have to be left to the imagination. At the end of the day though, our kid didn’t care about most of these things, and he still got to be sonic, so it wasn’t all bad
