bought this for restaurant use. The unit packaging is very user friendly. Unit appears pretty sturdy and was very easy to install. Install Instructions if you use them are a little unclear. Good sturdy sprayer nozzle is best feature. only down side would be cheapness of the add on faucet ,but don't let that deter you. UPDATE, 2yrs later still works as should

This kit comes with everything except the threaded pipe needed to hook the faucet to the sink and water line. I had to make this piece at my job with the threader because I couldn't find the pieces needed at Lowes home depot and a plumbing supply house. The piece that I did found was only sold in an install kit from the plumbing supply house and was like 60 bucks so I just made it myself. Been installed for about 2 months in my backyard under the patio cover. I have had 0 issues with it so far. No leaks and I really like this setup I would recommend for sure.

Once it's up and running it's all worth it. Before building it many pieces were missing and were suppose to come included in the purchase of over $140. Come on now, it is $140 we are talking about here. Had to go to homedepot and waste another $124 dollars in parts. When it's up and running the pressure is a beauty and the hot and cold keys are smoother than butter. Love it, but a bit disspointed in the extra parts needed to sweeten it up. Overall great hose and keys. Love the chrome it's a plus!

This faucet is quite large and makes a statement. We use it in our church kitchen. It is substantial and very functional in that the sprayer is attached and can be used across all three sinks. I highly recommend.

The handle, like oh so many others is broken, it was the crappiest design, it's actually hollow where the biggest stress point is. It probably wouldn't have broken so easily though if the mechanism wasn't super gummy/sticky. It takes 30 seconds or more for the pin (after letting go of the handle) to move back into position to stop the water flow. If it takes that long to close, you know it's creating a lot of extra force when you need water. Like oh so many other people have noted, it's very difficult to find replacement parts since this is not made to US standards. Buyer beware, it is all metric and I've wasted a lot of my personal time trying to find an adapter, trying to find replacements for this extremely cheap faucet head. Don't waste your time and get something more expensive.

Works great easy install. Needed for a Christ Based discipleship program I work with. Other option for single hole were hard to find an ran $500-700. This worked great and didn't require me to replumb.

Had this faucet for a little over a year, the washer and o-ring system for the spray handle is problematic and leaks. I have been unable to find parts to try to fix it as it is very non-standard. The lock screws just do not keep the upper arm from moving and working loose. The price is great on this faucet, but it does not hold up to frequent use. I wish I had spent more and bought a different brand.

Commercial kitchen vendor could not get me a replacement sprayer for my dish table in a restaurant I built. I had this within two days from Amazon. Definitely commercial grade very sturdy works perfectly.
