I have used it ever since I got it and I am feeling more confident to go out on my bike or even to run my errands. It protects one of my back's sensitive areas and I would recommend it to anyone to try it out!

This back support has helped with my bad back, the adjustable straps allow for extra compression around the waist which helped me. It's not the most comfortable thing to drive in, but what do you expect. I was thinking the plastic supports would dig in more and hurt but they're really not that bad and well placed, you get used to them quickly.
