Wonderful learning toy for 9 year old.
I bought this for my cousin's daughter's 9th birthday party. I knew she was going to get mostly dolls, dresses and costumes, so I wanted to mix things up a bit with this. It seemed like a good age-appropriate Science Tech toy, that would be fun and out of the ordinary. Bonus for these is that they don't hurt as much when stepped on, my cousin appreciated that, unlike Legos or a pulled apart electronic device.Truthfully, she wasn't very excited about it at first, but after visiting a couple days later she seems to be continuously playing with it.Her younger brother, was also playing with her, and they were enjoying themselves.I was so happy to see this!!They both love making things, and then smashing them! This toy was a total winner!!I actually showed them how to put it together the first day. The instruction booklet is a nice, and helpful additionThe magnetic holds are not super strong, one has to carfully pick it up. It is easy to loose magnetic conection and accidently smash your new constructionLike I said earlier, they've thankfully actually grown fond of building and smashing! Their interest wasn't 100% the first day,So, all in all, this toy seems wonderful in developing dexterity, as well as talking about shapes, colors, counting, artful building designs, etc. very happy with this purchaseWorth the money

Great way to involve problem solving and a creative mind!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I ordered this 115 pc magnetic tile set for my nephew. He is autistic and absolutely loves building and creating. He has a few lego sets, he will sit there till he figures it out and creates the project. He also loves putting together large puzzles without even looking at the picture. When I saw this neat magnet tile set I immediately thought it would be a cool toy for him to play with. It comes with a book that gives you ideas on what to build or you can totally just wing it and see what you get. I am pretty impressed with how strong the magnets are and how well it holds together. I also like that the balls are a bit on the larger side which makes it easier for him to work with and we dont have to worry about him chocking on small pieces. There are stickers with letters and numbers that you can add to the tiles to have them spell out words and match numbers. They didnt have neat toys like this when my daughter was younger. I will always work to get him toys he can get creative with as opposed to having his cute face in front of a electronic device. This set supports creative learning and problem solving. He loves it!

Keeps my kids entertained for hours, educational and fun at the same time!
These magnetic tunnel toys have been so enjoyable for my kids. They are 5 and 12 and both love to create and build. These magnetic tunnel toys have allows them to use their imagination, use problem solving, work together and use their fine motor skills to create amazing structures. This activity keeps them busy, it is good entertainment for hours. The magnets are very strong and keep their structures together well until they pull it apart. The tunnels are a fun addition to this set and unique. They have other magnetic sets but the tunnel feature is new for them. It has expanded their building creative thought. It is a great toy for their imagination. The pieces are bright and colorful and look very pretty when light shines through them. There are enough yes for them to each create their own structure. One thing I have also seen during their play with these is them learning through trial and error. I'm very pleased with this set and they are too.

It's ok, not really worth it.
3 year old has played with these since Christmas, at first they seemed ok. He loves the concept of this toy but overall it's turned out to be a bust. The magnetic square pieces aren't strong enough and the tubes don't connect well enough no matter what you do...well maybe glue but that would defeat the purpose... It falls apart so easily that makes playing with the "marbles" a bit of a hassle. It's not something my 3 year old can handle alone. Playing consists of stopping every few minutes or so to have us reconnect the pieces. Not sturdy, but I do like the "marbles" and the colors. Also keep in mind the stickers are part of the 115 pieces and there are lots of pointless stickers.

Gets the creative juices flowing
I'm having so much fun playing with this toy. Oh wait, it's a kids toy?!? 😂 I actually bought it to play with my nephew, but I think I'm having just as much fun as he is. Last time we went to the library, they had a set of magnetic tiles in the playroom. He had so much fun with them that I had one heck of a time trying to get him to leave. I remember playing with legos and blocks when I was a kid and having a blast. Building blocks, especially the magnetic ones, really get your creative juices flowing. This set comes with a booklet that has directions for stuff you can make or you can just start building and see what you get. There are 115 pieces of magnetic tiles and tubes, so the possibilities are endless. I really like this toy because it gets him away from the TV and all of the devices. It really gives his little brain a workout and helps with his logical thinking and problem-solving skills. There are also stickers included to help him learn numbers, letters and words. We've put some of the stickers on the tiles and then he has to match them up to spell words or find the picture of one of the words that we spelled. I like that the magnets are nice and strong, so you can have fun without worrying about everything falling apart. This set would make a really nice birthday or Christmas present.
