It’s very good product. Heavy and sturdy.my maid used to break all the tea pan but this a challenge to her .you can go for it blindly.it’s very heavy .fully recommended for persons who like heavy utensils.

This is really a good product. Spout is good. Quality is good. Manufacturer must work on following issues. Reduce weight as too heavy for Indian women. Provide full length handle as sometimes open metal portion may burn the hand. Need similar design product with 2 liter or more capacity for large families.

I bought this first in 2022 . This is my 6 th purchase. I took it back to USA. It’s heavy and makes the perfect chai the shape keeps the chai from overflowing when I boil it for a long time. All my friends and family wants them so every time I visit I take back couple of them . Whoever designed this pot knew the chai process. I like to boil my on medium heat foe along time and so far I never have to pay attention. The rim is designed in a way that it has never overflowed.

pros: 1. Price point is extremely affordable 2. It was returnable 3. The shape is very convenient as it can fit quite some stuff in it easily. 4. induction friendly 5. has a wooden handle as opposed to steel ( which was the reason for me buying this over other as the steel handles can get hot) 6. Glass cover makes it look sophisticated cons: 1. Quality doesnt look the best. the inside looks like it might get rusted quickly. Will be happy even if it last for 2 years. 2. Some other random name is carved on the steel (not solimo) 3. Not the best packaging 4. the glass cover has a slight welding issue
