I can say without a doubt these vitamins have prevented me from coming down with something at least 4 times in the last year. One time I got sick but that was from a 2 week period I stopped taking vitamins. But the times I felt I was truly coming down with something, scratchy throat, post nasal drip, tiredness, achiness.. I took this supplement and I was better the next day. Wegmans used to carry it, idk I havent seen it there recently so I bought off Amazon and it came just in time I was coming down with something. I take only 1 most days, not even every day, and then 2 a day when I feel Im coming down with a cold or just when I feel I could have been exposed.

I like taking my vitamin C this way. It is a treat and I never seem to forget it:) Seriously though, this is so much more pleasant than taking a pill and getting the kiddos to eat it is a breeze. This is something I will always keep around for daily use and a bit extra if a cold happens.

They seem good so far? Dunno how long I’ll keep taking them bc of the calories and price but I’ve been taking them with my iron and they’re yummy and kinda spicy from the ginger so they feel like a treat.

Ginger is the only flavor I taste - its awful. I rated it up to 3 stars since it is vegan and appears to have good ingredients.
