Great for clearing nasal congestion!
I love this product! After weaning myself off decongestant nasal sprays, I would still wake up at night with nasal congestion. I tried a wide range of products over a course of several months, and found that it would sometimes take an hour or more to breathe clearly again and get back to sleep. Then I read that nasal congestion often occurs when the blood vessels inside the nose become inflamed and the nasal tissues swell, so it occurred to me to try nasal strips to help open the nasal passages. I discovered the combination of Breathe Right nasal strips with a homeopathic product called Sinusalia worked the best of anything I have tried! I had already been using the Sinusalia with mixed success. Adding the Breathe Right strips was the ultimate solution for me. (They might help without the Sinusalia, but since this combo works for me I am sticking with it!) I realized that my problem was not caused by excess mucus. And that in fact usage of different kinds of nasal sprays (homeopathic, saline, etc.) was actually creating excess mucus and making matters worse! Also blowing my nose was making matters worse. Not only was it taking longer to clear, but it was occurring more frequently. So the harder I tried to clear my congestion, the worse it got. Now I simply dissolve 2 Sinusalia tablets under my tongue, apply a nasal strip, and by the time I lay down again I am usually breathing clearly. If it does not clear immediately, it almost always clears within 10 minutes. And I also realized that it is important to relax and allow the breath to flow, instead of being tense and trying to force my nasal passages to unclog. I also use a humidifier in winter months. I'm not sure if that helps, but I think it does. I had tried Breathe Right strips in the past for colds, and found that they only moderately helped sometimes. I think that's because they are not meant for clearing congestion caused by excess mucus. I think they are meant to help ease congestion due to swollen tissue. I don't know if that's the case. It just seems that way to me. Also, as I said, I think using them in combination with Sinusalia makes a big difference for me. The instructions on how to apply the strips are kind of buried inside a fold-out piece of paper in the box. On a drawing they show that the correct usage is to apply the strip so that the bottom edge on each end is overlapping the nostril. However, I have found that the most effective usage for me is to apply it immediately above the nostril, across the bridge of the nose. This seems to give me the best results. (This is about 1/8 inch higher than the drawing.) Also, it is very important not to touch the sticky part with your fingers, and to clean and dry the nose thoroughly before applying. Even with that, the natural oils from the pores will come out over time, especially on the side of each nostril. So after a few hours, the strip may pop off on one side or the other, if applied too low. And even if it doesn't pop off, I find that I might have to reapply a new one at some point during the night if my nose feels congested again. I think it loosens its grip somewhat and becomes less effective over time. Still, it's a really simple and easy low cost solution that works fast and is highly effective! They claim that it reduces snoring. As I live alone, I cannot attest to whether it has for me. But since my nasal passages are clear, it makes sense to me that it would reduce my snoring. So with the use of this product (and Sinusalia), not only am I able to go back to sleep easily, but also the occurrences of nasal congestion are less frequent and less severe. What a huge relief! I am so happy I rediscovered this product!

Works GREAT with a N20 CPAP mask and really helps to ensure a good seal.
These are the perfect strip to use with my N20 CPAP mask. I wear the mask a little more tight to ensure a good seal in all positions and this closes off my nasal passages due to already very restricted space there. Using these strips counteracts this and I get perfect sleep as a result. I think the doctors that prescribe the CPAP should educate their patients and recommend these right away if they can see they have a deviated septum or large turbinates, etc etc. My doctor said nothing and I just decided to try these on my own since I was having no luck with several different types of CPAP masks.

Recommend for one with nasal deviation
Because of nasal deviation, I always snore when sleeping. And that worsens the my sleep and my wife's sleep. So I tried many kinds of products, Nasal strips is the best among them to help me breath well when sleeping. Nasal strips looks like a adhesive bandage but with a elastic back. This one uses the bridge of the nose as fulcrum to broaden nostril. And it does a good job. Easy to use and easy to remove. Compared with others this one is most comfortable. Other products for me and using time: Sinus Rinse pot: Useful but not use to stop snoring. After using it for an hour, my nose feels perfect but don't stop snoring when sleeping. Two months. nose vents: The effect is so-so. Always drop somewhere on the bed. One year. chin strap: not comfortable and not effective to me. Several days. snore mouth-guard: not comfortable and not effective to me. One month. wristband watch: send electrical pulse when you snore and one time my wrist is numb when I woke up. I guess I slept too well. not effective to me. Two months. Hope this review helps others with nasal deviation.

Clear less stick, Tan for stick
I started using the extra strong clear ones and man did it make a HUGE improvement on my sleep quality and just overall breathing. I have an oily nose. So i dry my nose right before using these to make sure they stick. Typically i can wake up and theyre just barely holding on.. but still doing the job. They come off with ease due to my greasy nose🙄. I wanted to try the extra strength tan as they seemed to stick better(tried a regular strip at a friends house). When is ay they would stick. Man would they STICK. To the point where it would kind of hurt taking them off. I did do the water to loosen them but they still stick even when soaking my nose for a minute or two. The adhesive stays on after taking it off but wipes off with a towel. If you want ones that stick like a face sucker from the HalfLife games go for the tan. Just give yourself an extra couple minutes in the morning to get them off. Otherwise go for the clears as they're easy to take off. Would give 5/5 but the tans are a bit much. Switching back to clears as we speak

Effective, but inconsistent quality and not as 'sensitive' as advertised.
My girlfriend and I bought these to help us sleep, and it's been useful to have two distinct perspectives. PROS: -- These look better than the tan alternatives, in our opinion. They're not invisible, but they don't look like an obnoxious sticker on your face, either. -- The 'extra' model is stronger than regular, and it works better, too. I don't feel any added pressure, but I'm able to breathe easier than when I used the regular strips. -- The adhesive is a bit gentler, so it's very easy to peel off in the morning. CONS: -- The lighter adhesive is a negative, too. I never had a regular strip come off in my sleep; with a few of these (I'm on the 2nd box) I've gotten up in the morning to find them stuck to a pillow or blanket. They're pretty difficult to remove from most things on your bed. -- I've had a decent time with the 'sensitive skin' aspect of these, which is why we switched, but my girlfriend (female, 20's) who doesn't normally have incredibly sensitive skin has experienced some residual redness from these. She covers it, but it would be better if she didn't have to. I haven't had any trouble like that (male, 30's) though I had some redness after removing the regular BreatheRights. -- One in each of our boxes (one from Amazon, one from a wholesale club) was a dud. We opened the paper, peeled off the backing and the adhesive came with it. At nearly .50 each, I expect all the strips in a box to work. We did not have this problem with the regular strips.

They Work!
My ENT recommended these actually and it does work, not for people with throat issues like sleep apnea but if your issue is allergies or nose related these will work!

This brand works great, but not what I got from this seller
I've bought these many times, from a different Amazon seller. This round did not work like the others. It comes unstuck in the middle of the night and is no where near as effective as the others I've tried. Are they old? Can't find a date but won't be buying from this seller again.
