Very fragrant and seriously good curry flavor.
Since curry is a hugely variable flavored spice depending on brand and their flavor preferences, I can only comment on what I like about Spice Islands brand. I like a moderately bold curry with a nice golden color that is not harsh, but fills the senses nicely without an overpowering hit of whoa! Everytime I make curry deviled eggs they are gone in a flash. The fragrance is also quite lovely and warm.
