I am allergic to many environmental items. I have been on a daily allergy pill for 20+ years. Started having issues with my eyes drying out horribly. Great quality Stinging Nettle as a good price. I have purchased several of these over the past several months and take them daily. There is a wonderful amount of vitamins and minerals in nettle - which explains why it is the favorite herb of so many herbalists. This seller keeps them fresh in stock also, the manufactured date on the bottom was only a couple of months ago. WELL within the expiration date (3 years from now).
