Arsvita Audio Tape/Cassette Head Cleaner with 3 Cleaner Solutions

All magnetic tape heads have a tendency to attract dust and moisture over time. This is an easy, inexpensive and effective way to maintain the performance of the playback head in your car's stereo cassette deck. I can't think of a good reason NOT to have this or a similar product in my car's console or glove box.

Works better than expected. When I played tapes I'm the Mark Levinson stereo system in my '04 Lexus LX470, there would be no sound from the driver side tweeter. After running this tape head cleaner through a couple times, the sound is so much better and comes out of all the speakers now. I really was not expecting this to work, but it did!

I ordered this combo. Product and unfortunately I received an open box with two out of three bottles empty. Once I requested replacement,I received all three contents full and tape new. I'm happy about it. I used it on my car tape player and apparently working very good. I just need to try my tape again to find out if it made any difference. Regardless, I'm recommending this product based on what I received. The solution on the bottles are colorless with no small, and it's hard to diffemciate it even from color of water.

The liquid does not easily come out of the bottle. I ended up squeezing so hard the top popped off and it spilled. Also there is debris floating in the solution.

Easy to use. Does a good job.

My 1999 dual tape deck was not able to play the cleaner tape. I did notice that the wheels do not glide easily with the cleaning tape when using a pencil to wind it and when holding it to the lamp there is no extra wheels in the corners to help set the tape to help keep it smooth and taught like there is in a traditional cassette. My player could not engage the tape if that makes sense. My player does work with audio tapes from the 90's.On a side note, I did use the cleaning fluid with a lint free electronics cleaning swab and gave it a couple gentle touches on the head. The cleaning fluid was well sealed. I used a safety pin to pierce the nozzle (like you do with caulk and glues) prior to use upon reading other reviews regarding the fluid being difficult to come out or not at all. The seller/manufacturer should add this to the instructions.I just really wished it had worked for me
