The quality of this frame is deplorable. Absolute junk. I had to return my first one because the cut on the side wasn’t straight. I bought it because I thought it would be a cute Christmas gift for my girlfriend. Should have read the reviews. It is absolute junk.

The media could not be loaded.  The frame itself was rustic and pretty. The clear acrylic sheet that protects the picture it’s terrible. It was dirty and scraped up when you put the picture in. If you get this frame I’d recommend buying a 4x6 glass to replace it so your picture is more clear. But wish I knew what so I didn’t give my boyfriend a dirty picture frame of us.

When we got our photo back after ordering it to be printed 4x6. We tried fitting it into the frame and the hole that was cut was cut toooooo small! We ended up having to cut the photo to make it fit. Very upsetting and disappointing. There is also what looks like a burn on the front where the hole was suppose to be cut and it wasn’t. So the burn is very visible. Not worth the purchase.
