Nature's Way Nettle Leaf, Traditional Urinary Support*, 870 mg per 2-Capsule Serving, Non-GMO Project Verified, Vegan, 100 Capsules

Bought these on recommendation from a friend who uses the supplement to treat what I assume are fairly severe allergies. My allergies aren't severe, but are significant enough to be a major nuisance (constant, complete nasal congestion, mostly). Nettle has been working for me. The only other product which clears up my congestion for hours at a time is Flonase (of the many OTC meds I've tried, that is). I hadn't initially adopted the recommended "2 capsules, 2 times a day" regimen for nettle, but varied taking either one or two capsules whenever congestion returned. This has worked out as dosing once in the morning and the evening (just as recommended), with great results from two capsules in the morning (one seems okay in the evening, most days). My allergies are kept in check for hours. Potential adverse effects from use of nettle are not really on par with the potential same for steroids like Flonase (even long term, in my opinion). Given comparisons between this, effectiveness, and cost (whereas, Flonase's only only major pro is that it would be much more convenient for me to buy something in-store) nettle is now going to be my go-to daily allergy med.

My husband has terrible allergies that only got worse when we moved to Texas. He had taken every kind of OTC med out there and still came home stuffed up, itchy-eyed, and feeling miserable. He even tried taking two brands a day, one in the morning and one at night, and still he looked awful. After some research I discovered that Nettle leaf and Quercetin were supposed to ease allergy symptoms, and since we had tried every chemical out there we decided to go the "hippy route" as he called it :) He took two of each in the morning and the effect they had was amazing! He came home looking and feeling perfectly normal!!! His eyes weren't red, itchy, or watery, he could breathe through his nose, and he wasn't exhausted! It's as if he never had allergies to begin with. Now my husband HATES taking pills but he happily takes these every morning and has asked me to order more (which I have) because he doesn't want to risk running out. We are both overjoyed at him not taking chemicals any more and are thankful to God that these natural pills work! You may have to experiment with the dose to get the right amount for you, my husband takes two each a day and is 5'7 190lbs if that helps you any. If you've tried everything else, please give this a try. It truly has been a blessing to us.

Upon researching stinging Nettle, I discovered that it is linked to increased libido, skin improvements and a general hormone balancing effect. Since I a rotating this supplement in at the time my Fenugreek and Yohimbine ran out, I can say that over the last few weeks I have noticed that I do wake up with erections most mornings, have seen an improvement in my complexion and generally am in a good mood.

I start taking it just before allergy season and it works. I don’t need to take sleepy allergy meds.

Upon taking this and another supplement I started having some medical issues. So just try before you commit to a long term thing. Not sure which one have me the issue but the have a no refund policy

not sure if these are freeze dried (the most effective form against allergies), but these have been working so well regardless against seasonal allergies that I just forgot to keep up with my usual Flonase regimen. I take one capsule in the morning and then one in the evening if my eyes are feeling itchy. I’ve been doing other liver-supportive lifestyle changes/remedies as well to deal with histamine (including eating more nettle/dandelion) , but these nettle capsules have a noticeable impact on acute symptoms.

Bought this product after go ogling what was good to help prevent prickly heat and nettle leaf capsules kept on coming up After taking the product about 10 mins later I was getting a random stinging sensation just anywhere on my body it was just so random and weird

I am giving 4 stars to the product, because it arrived in excellent condition and the product itself is of a great quality. The problem for me is that it increased my allergic reaction. So, it didn't work for me. It might work for you. Try and cry, or not. Cheers.
