Is there a spout that prevents spilling milk when you empty the pump? I can’t tell from the pictures.

No there is not. It takes a little practice to figure out how to pour with out spilling. I would try with water first and found that pouring by the release valve works best for me.

How many ounces does it hold before you must empty the container?

It holds up to 4oz but I usually empty it before then because I'm constantly moving around and I can feel it splashing around in there

How do you transport milk into storage bag?

Do you have to wear a bra for it to stay on & work?
