Good tasting salt without chemical after taste like other salt.

I'm from the South. I love to cook. I never realized the "regular" salt I've used all my life, had such a weird, chemical taste! This sea salt is the real deal! It is powerful, so I don't have to use as much. I'm hooked.

This is second order of several bags of Colima salt ordered and gave some away to family. We and they love it. The best salt ever to use. We also told another colleague of ours about it and she purchased some based on our usage and she loves it. Cannot explain the difference between this and regular salt, which is not good. This is even better than the pink Himalyan salt also. It comes in tiny crystals and you don't need much to make your food, especially steaks, be not only flavorful but oh so juicy, especially if you season and leave overnight in fridge before cooking next day.

Salt is moist. I needed to spread it out on a cookie sheet and put it in the oven at the lowest setting and let it dry out for about an hour before I could use it in a grinder. The taste is very salty, more so than regular table salt I think. Don’t need to use as much.
