This is a great bag. It’s good quality. I’ve had it for a while and decided to get a new one because I like it so much. I’d recommend this bag.

The product was great but after 3 uses it ripped at the bottom corner. the bag and pockets are waterproof. Bought it for holding items in shower at gym. I didn’t allow the backpack to get completely soaked. I would still have it sitting inside a plastic bag. Either way it can’t really serve my purpose for it since it has a whole in it. *Update* It was super easy to get in touch with the company. They promptly refunded my money for this bag. Of course I had to buy another because it the perfect size and has the characteristics I need for the intended use. This time I got a different color. I guess it’s kind of like a dark red. I used it still as a shower bag while I recently traveled to the western states last weekend. It has held up exceptionally well. The company is prompt with communication and with the refund. With that alone will keep me being a customer. But I’m happy I got another and haven’t had a problem yet. Definitely recommend.

Ordered this for my high school kiddo and it’s been great buy for the price. Sturdy straps and comfortable on the back. Holds alot of items and good thick material. Great color and seems very durable for everyday use

Really sturdy bag for the price. Only wish they had a small inside pocket for loose items. The pocket in the front of the bag is great-holds bigger items but it would be nice to have a smaller one as well.

This is without doubt the nicest bag I have ever bought. It is lines and has zipper pockets for extra stuff. Definitely worth what I paid for it.

Edited to state that the buyer stated they would give me a full refund for damaged bag . Wow what customer service ! I chose to replace the bag because I really did like it . It came quickly ! Thank you for that option . Oh how I adored this bag. It had a side pocket and a front seperate pocket . Unfortunately the front pocket tore away within 6 weeks . I am not aware of anything I would have put in there for this to happen . I was a couple of weeks short of being allowed to return . Maybe it was a fluke . Duct tape to the rescue
