When I opened the box, I couldn't believe how BIG these bowls are. They look like huge coffee mugs. I'm sure I'll get used to the large size but there's no way I will be filling up the bowl. I couldn't eat that much food if I did.

Love the soup spoon it can't drown into my soup. Doesn't matter not microwaveable I don't eat microwave ramen!Love this purchase!

My finger grip just isn't what it use to be. I love these bowls because no matter what I cook up, I can easily carry the bowl to the table. One dish serving. A few years ago, I burnt, blistered, left a scar on my hand because I fumbled a hot bowl of cream soup. My dishes need to be not so heavy, but sturdy and with a nice handle to help carry. Thank you!!!

Handle is wonderful as big but also looks more like art. The whole set just makes my ramen look even yummier.

So easy to hold

I ordered these without looking to closely as I was happy to find big bowls with generous handles. I have arthritis that effects my grip and had a ceramic bowl of similar shape that was easy to hold. I was disappointed receiving them. Though thick and sturdy feeling they are plastic. They are also no microwaveable. The first is y fault for not reading the description so I am not taking stars off for that. However the microwavable issue is not made clear in the description until you get to the reviews. For me that is a deal killer so I gave these to my brother. I searched until I found a 4 Piece set of ceramic soup mugs with a similar shape and large handles and bought them for me, They were cheaper than these 2 and more of what I wanted.

These bowls are HUGE! My boyfriend likes to mix multiple packages of instant noodles together ... This pic shows two of the larger packages (Nissin Chow Mein and Nissin Hot and Spicy) mixed together. Very impressed!
