It's ok
I have a heavy steth with thick tubing which makes it a bit hard to wrap snug. This case is narrow but does have a decent amount of depth. I like that it comes with a wrist strap. Seems like it'll work just fine as it has durable materials.

Tough case
I wanted to really try this case out. I have an expensive stethoscope that I wanted to protect as it gets kept in my nursing bag. I am a private duty pediatric nurse and everything I take with me for a 12 hour shift gets put in my bag. I was just throwing it into my bag hoping nothing would happen. I came across this case and decided for the price I wasn't going to lose much. First thing I noticed right away was that it was really a solid case. Zipper is nice and smooth doesn't stick. It also comes with a handle that clips on the side, downfall is that the loop handle doesn't act as a zipper. It took me a few to realize and stop grabbing for the long string and instead use the smaller zipper. My scope fits perfectly inside and I love the case. My favorite part is the extra storage places on the inside in which my pupil gauge, scissors, and an extra pen fit. It's been place in the bottom of my bag and on top has been a few books: drug book, talbots, and a lunchbox. Not once has it be squished or dented. Takes the abuse of being thrown around and I no longer have to worry about my scope. I am very pleased with this product and have been telling all my fellow nurses to go for it. Well worth the price and I have a feeling it's tough enough to last for years. Oh yeah and I wipe the outside down with a Lysol wipe at the start of every shift and it doesn't ruin the material nor has the color faded! Go for it!!

Perfect for irresponsible people
I'm a terrible unorganized person and I end up destroying everything I own because I'm lazy and haphazardly throw things around. (RIGHT? How is nursing even the right fit for me?)So... I decided to buy this case because I didn't really have the money to destroy my $90 Littman.Flashforward, I cleaned my room (shocker, yes) and I lifted my bed up to try and remove all the random trinkets, wrappers, and dust bunnies that have accrued over a month of me living like a swamp monster.Somehow I ended up setting the leg of my bed onto my stethoscope case.So for about a week, this case was sandwiched between the hardwood floor and metal bedframe leg. When I picked up the bed to retrieve it, the case and the stethoscope were completely intact and unscathed. Now, keep in mind, when I lie on my bed I dont just sit down like a normal human. Being the ogre that I am, I belly flop onto my bed (I'm sure my downstairs neighbors think I'm trying to visit them through the ceiling.) So that, in addition to other "activities" that happen on my bed, I am completely in awe that this case looks completely brand new still AND my stethoscope is unharmed. So yes, buy the case! Buy 10 of them. Buy 50 of them and make a bullet proof vest out. Also, yes this case is lightweight. Which is why I am extremely shocked at it's durability.

Protect Your Expensive Stethoscope
I used to toss my steth in my backpack until I Iost one of the diaphragms. They’re not cheap as you know. This is a semi-hard case which will easily hold a standard Littman Cardiology® scope. It has an interior mesh pocket for pens & badge. I keep my X-Shears and pouch with my scope, it’s a tight fit but it works. Without the belt pouch it is an easy fit.
