I do the P90 workout plan, which involves a lot of work with resistance bands. I was using a door attachment until one time when it flew off and slammed me in the chest ... ouch! I started looking for other more permanent solutions. I like this one because it's simple, well made, easy to install with a few tools (drill and socket wrench). Plus I can swap out bands easily for different resistances without having to remount them in the door. All in all, worth it for the convenience and safety factors.

Excellent addition to our home gym. Would be perfect in any space to exercise with bands.
