It is not the sellers issue! Dometic SUCKS! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
It is not universal, the instructions were written by someone with zero knowledge of the product or the RV industry. If you call Dometic tech support they know less about this product than the person who wrote the instructions. Dometic used to make good products but like so many manufacturers they no longer make products themselves everything is made in communist china and rebranded.
