The living room set comes complete in 3 cartons. All you have to do is click the back piece to the seat. Very easy to do and tools are not needed. Shipping is by freight and they only offer curbside/driveway service, but they will make an appointment for delivery so that you can be ready to receive the shipment. Bella Esprit products are in boxes with Bella Esprit printed on them.

AMAZING QUALITY FOR AN AMAZING PRICE!
I will make this quick and simple... It has been more than 2 years since I purchased these and they still look like new!I have moved them twice to different houses and used almost every day. What an AMAZING Quality for an AMAZING Price!

Wasn't really sure about ordering furniture online, but I felt this was a good price and I'm very pleased with all three pieces. It arrived in approx. 2 weeks from ordering, it did get delivered off of a tractor trailer and everything was on one skid that they brought up my driveway using a pallet jack. It was easy to put together, and I was able to bring all the pieces into the house by myself using a 4 wheel dolly. For the price you cant go wrong!! Nice stuff!!!

ok so this set is very tall I am short so I don't reach the floor very well, when you sit on them they feel very hard on the seats but the backs are so soft they are very nice to recline on. They do get dusty but whip up easy they look wonderful and are easy to put together. They are not heavy at all so moving them to clean is very easy. Very great for the money the cat did get some claw marks on it pretty easy but it is holding up to the kids very nicely.

Disappointed
We have only had this set for a little over a year and a half. One of the seat cushions springs is popping up in the love seat. Very disappointed in the quality of this set.

Very uncomfortable
Very uncomfortable. The picture does not tell the whole story. Easy chair is not easy on your back. Yet to find a comfortable position on any of the chairs. It all works fine. Ifs just not comfortable.

Excellent,plush soft furniture!
This a excellent living room suit.The leather is plush and soft..color is excellent.I believe it is well worth the money.I do have a complaint about the delivery though.It was one day late but i could live with that,it was delivered in a "18 wheel tractor trailer"!No way to unload it or anything.I had to "pay two relatives"to bring over a pickup truck and unload the furniture off a tractor trailer.I still rate this deal highly and i would buy this furniture again but would choose a different delivery.(I choose the free delivery)The truck driver was very curteous and help full ...but really home delivery from a tractor trailer..very uncool!
