Well, I've been adding this to my water for about a week now.Immediately after drinking it my BMs were green (as expected)Its odorless and tasteless unless you add a crap load at one time, then you can taste the mint.DO NOT DRINK THIS STUFF WITH YOUR STANLEY CUP STRAW!!!!! My straw is now stained green because of this stuff, and it also might be because I drank it with ice water.My appetite has been almost little to none.So far so good.
